STARDUST MULTIMEDIA is the publisher of this site and other sites.

It should be noted that the data processed through the use of Services are encrypted. The teams of STARDUST MULTIMEDIA, in particular for the purpose of providing the Services, may have access to some of the data processed in connection with the provision of Services.
In any event, it is the user of the Services who decides to provide personal data, which are his, through the use of one of the Services and who has control.
Each user of the Services (hereinafter referred to as a “User” and in the plural as “Users”), whether a simple visitor, a free user, a user of a Service or a customer, is responsible for the data he or she provides through the use of the Services and, as such, is responsible, where applicable, for providing data in compliance with regulations.

We would also like to point out that the answers given by our clairvoyants that are not in French may have been translated by an automatic translation service. We cannot guarantee the quality of this translation
We draw Users' attention to the fact that clairvoyance consultations can be addictive. It is their responsibility to be able to control their budget and to consult specialists in the event of a risk of addiction.
STARDUST MULTIMEDIA's legitimate interests in processing Users' data on its own behalf include:

2 Processoring
In certain cases, Stardust Multimedia may act as a subprocessor to put you in touch with professionals in the fields of clairvoyance, astrology, well-being and related fields. We have completed all the necessary administrative formalities with the competent authorities, in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, often referred to as the GDPR).
3 Purposes
3.1 As Controller
The processing of personal data by STARDUST MULTIMEDIA on its own behalf pursues one or more of the following purposes:
- Put a User in touch with a consultant specialized in clairvoyance, astrology or well-being
- Put a User in touch with a digital fortune-telling service provided by generative artificial intelligence
- Allow the User to create an online account
- Allow the User to manage their online account and access the history and content of their consultations
- Allow the User to contact our customer service
The legitimate interests that STARDUST MULTIMEDIA has in processing Users' data on its own behalf include:
- optimize our profitability and the commercial success of the products and offers we provide
- ensure our commercial success
- better understand:
- usage, queries, centers of interest in relation to our offers, products and services
- the users of the products and services offered by STARDUST MULTIMEDIA
- protect ourselves against disputes, litigation and fraud
- train its staff and any sub-processors
- identify the most suitable people to fill vacancies in our establishments
Thus, STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA processes your personal data as part of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between you and STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA or as part of the legitimate interests that STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA has to process your personal data (see below) or when you have given us your consent for us to process your personal data.
A contractual or pre-contractual relationship, governed by the terms of the contractual documents signed or accepted by you and us, by our general conditions (of sale, use or service) and any special conditions attached thereto, exists when you have ordered a product from us, made a request to our services, used one of our Services, including online or you have asked to be put in touch with a professional of our company or our network, when you have expressed an explicit interest in an offer STARDUST MULTIMEDIA, you have used one of our sites, when you have requested information about an offer, service or product or when you have applied for a job.
3.2 As a subcontractor
Stardust may act as a subcontractor when you use a Service to be connected with a third party providing fortune-telling services.
The Matching Services provided by STARDUST MULTIMEDIA as part of the aforementioned subcontracting allow said third parties to carry out processing that generally pursues at least the following purpose without necessarily being limited to:

4 Data Protection Officer

5 Duration of retention of personal data
Personal data collected by STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA on its behalf are kept only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose that was pursued at the time of collection or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Personal data collected by STARDUST MULTIMEDIA on behalf of its customers and users are, for some, controlled by the user. The data under the control of the user are retained until the user deletes them or the maximum retention times have elapsed for such data. If data processed by STARDUST MULTIMEDIA on behalf of the user is not under the user's control, such data is retained only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. More specifically, the indicative retention periods for some of this data are as follows:
- - Data collected during the use of a product or service: for the duration of the contractual commitment and up to 3 years after the end of a contract (intermediate archiving in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations and responsibilities, up to 10 years after the end of the commercial relationship, particularly with regard to invoicing data).
- - Data collected during a request for information, contact, etc. Data collected during a request for information, contact, etc.: maximum 3 years after the last positive interaction between STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA and the person concerned.
- - Data processed during recruitment management (including unsolicited applications): 2 years after the last contact with the applicant, unless expressly requested to reduce or extend this period.
- - Connection data (browsing history, etc.): maximum 6 months.
- - Data from Internet consultations: for as long as the account created by the User is active.
- - Data from telephone consultations (except recordings and analyses of conversations): up to 3 years after the last positive interaction with the User.
- - Retention of telephone conversation recordings: 6 months maximum.
- - Retention of analyses of telephone recordings: 12 months maximum.
These periods may be extended, if necessary, by a period of storage in an intermediate archive, which may extend until any applicable foreclosure or limitation periods have expired.
6 Scope of Data Collection
We collect and process the following personal data categories:

6.1 Location of processing
The processing that STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA is likely to carry out on personal data is mainly carried out in data centers hosted by its service providers, in France or in Europe and in its call centers.
Data processing sites may be relocated, duplicated, redundant, etc.
If STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA, a service provider, supplier or subcontractor of STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA performs processing in a country that is not in the European Union or in a country on the list of countries recognized as adequate while having given the necessary guarantees (for example by having adhered to programs or mechanisms recognized as suitable by the European Union or having implemented Binding Corporate Rules), the contractual relationship between STARDUST MULTIMÉDIA and this third party require the establishment of appropriate safeguards. 7 How to exercise your rights of access, rectification and opposition
As a customer or User of our sites or Services, you have the right:

In certain cases, your request to exercise your right to object to receiving our offers by voicemail may not be processed until 7 days after your request. These messages are sent one week in advance. Depending on the time of your request, you may receive certain messages scheduled to be sent before your request has been made.
We send promotional e-mails via two different mailing lists. It is possible that an unsubscribe request will only be taken into account on one of these two lists, the one concerned by the link in the e-mail received. 8 Creating and logging into accounts on our sites via third-party authentication services (Single Sign-On)
Single Sign-On or single authentication is a method that allows you to log in to several websites or applications by identifying yourself only once, using data from accounts already created on other platforms such as Google, Facebook etc.
On some of our sites, you have the option of creating accounts and logging in by delegating authentication to other services for which you have accounts, created at:

- X (formerly Twitter).
These third-party services allow our sites to access some of your personal information. If you do not wish this to be the case, or if you change your mind about it, such access can be managed directly in the settings of the third-party services enabling Single Sign-On. STARDUST MULTIMEDIA may make audio recordings during telephone consultations, as well as notes taken by our Psychics, stored in computer files. These recordings (audio and written) are used for our legitimate interests and unless you object, within the framework of :
- - The follow-up of advice and the quality of Services as well as customer relations (please note that objecting to written recordings, necessary for the follow-up of consultations, may harm the quality of Services) ;
- - Increasing the skills and training of our staff; ;
- - The creation of factual elements that can be used to prevent and resolve disputes, litigation and pre-litigation ;
- - Protecting our employees in the event of verbal aggression or incivility; ;
- - Experimenting with management and quality monitoring objectives, and analyzing conversations using artificial intelligence techniques.

These recordings are intended for authorized persons only, and may be transmitted and/or accessed by persons involved in setting up and analyzing telephone conversations.
